To protect her identity and investigate the tragic mystery of her past, she lives among the ruins on the outskirts of town. When a series of mysterious incidents shakes the community, she becomes entangled with a cast of complex men connected to the town's founding myths, an elusive artifact known as the "Ashen Hawk," and a curse that turns people's memories to ash.
